Kashmiri Lava Lake Lamb Meatballs in Dal Makhani Sauce 8 small meatballs

These make the perfect midweek dinner when served with basmati rice, raita and chutney. These meatballs are made with Lava Lake Lamb, garlic, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, black  pepper, cayenne, and yogurt.  Dal Makhani is a tomato based sauce made with tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, cinnamon, fenugreek and cardamom.
