Hummus kawarma is the Lebanese name given to freshly made hummus, topped with fried chopped lamb. Our version is made with ground Lava Lake Lamb, onions, and spices and served with our hummus. One order comes with a 1/2 pint of hummus and a 1/2 pint of lamb. We recommend serving this dish warm and garnishing with olive oil, parsely, a squeeze of lemon, a drizzle of kefir and pita chips.
